Brain Teasing Puzzle

This was sent by one clerk in our office,
and, without exaggeration, it got every body intrigued!
I can see every body thinking just about it, and how to solve it!
it is simply an excel file with images, and you have to guess what the images are telling you.
I still couldn't figure it all out, and it's eating my mind!
I uploaded it on a file sharing web site (, here's the link:

Download it, and see how well you can do :)

Sleeping Boxes

Now this is a cool invention!

I must tell you, even though i never had to spend a night at an air port, I was really annoyed by the view of people who had to!
I'd rather have a triple shot espresso than to have my self stretching in a public place.

this looks like a reasonable solution.
it's not free, but it is cheap, these are "Sleeping boxes".
comfortable, relatively private, with a ventilation system, alarm. LCD TV, WiFi , space for your laptop and re chargeable phone. Under your bed and floor there is a cupboard for your luggage.
Payment is made at terminals who will give clients an electronic key that can be purchased for 15 minutes or for as many hours as you need.

Cool isn't it? they said they already started using it in Dubai airport.
Enjoy the pictures:

Why Do People Get Married

You have two choices in life.
You can stay single and be miserable,
or get married and wish you were dead.
At a cocktail party, one woman said to another -
'Aren't you wearing your wedding ring on the wrong finger?'
'Yes, I am. I married the wrong man.'
A lady inserted an ad in the classifieds.
'Husband Wanted'.
Next day she received a hundred letters.
They all said the same thing.
'You can have mine.'

When a woman steals your husband,
there is no better revenge than to let her keep him.
A woman is incomplete until she is married. Then she is finished .

A little boy asked his father,
'Daddy, how much does it cost to get married?'
Father replied, 'I don't know son, I'm still paying.'

A young son asked,
'Is it true Dad, that in some parts of Africa
a man doesn't know his wife until he marries her?'
Dad replied, 'That happens in every country, son.'
Then there was a woman who said,
'I never knew what real happiness was until I got married,
and by then it was too late.'
Marriage is the triumph of imagination over intelligence.

If you want your spouse to listen and
pay strict attention to every word you say -- talk in your sleep.

Just think, if it weren't for marriage, men would go through life thinking they had no faults at all.

First guy says, 'My wife's an angel!'
Second guy remarks, 'You're lucky, mine's still alive.'
'A Woman's Prayer.
Dear Lord, I pray for :-
Wisdom - to understand a man, to love and to forgive him.
Patience - for his moods.
Because Lord, if I pray for strength then I'll just beat him to death'

Asparagus Therapy

I received this by email, and I'm still trying to verify if it is true.
However, it will help to hear from you, what you think, or know, about it:

Several years ago, I had a man seeking asparagus for a friend who had cancer. He gave me a photocopied copy of an article, entitled, `Asparagus for cancer ' printed in Cancer News Journal, December 1979.
I will share it here, just as it was shared with me: 'I am a biochemist, and have specialized in the relation of diet to health for over 5 years.

Several years ago, I learned of the discovery of Richard R.Vensal, D.D.S. that asparagus might cure cancer. Since then, I have worked with him on his project. We have accumulated a number of favorable case histories.
         Here are a few examples:

Case No. 1,
A man with an almost hopeless case of Hodgkin's disease (cancer of the lymph glands) who was completely incapacitated. Within 1 year of starting the asparagus therapy, his doctors were unable to detect any signs of cancer, and he was back on a schedule of strenuous exercise.
Case No. 2,
A successful businessman 68 years old who suffered from cancer of  the bladder for 16 years. After years of medical treatments, including radiation without improvement, he went on asparagus. Within 3 months, examinations revealed that his bladder tumor had disappeared and that his kidneys were normal.

Case No. 3,
A man who had lung cancer. On March 5th 1971, he was put on the operating table where they found lung cancer so widely spread that it was inoperable. The surgeon sewed him up and declared his case hopeless. On April 5th he heard about the asparagus therapy and immediately started taking it. By August, x-ray pictures revealed that all signs of the cancer had disappeared. He is back at his regular business routine. *
*Case No. 4,
A woman who was troubled for a number of years with skin cancer. She finally developed different skin cancers which were diagnosed by asking specialist as advanced. Within 3 months after starting on asparagus, her skin specialist said that her skin looked fine and no more skin lesions. This woman reported that the asparagus therapy also cured her kidney disease, which started in 1949. She had over 10 operations for kidney stones, and was receiving government disability payments for an inoperable, terminal, kidney condition. She attributes the cure of this kidney trouble entirely to the asparagus.

I was not surprised at this result, as `The elements of Materia Medica', edited in 1854 by a Professor at the University of  Pennsylvania , stated that asparagus was used as a popular remedy for kidney stones. He even referred to experiments, in 1739, on the power of asparagus in dissolving stones.

We would have other case histories but the medical establishment has interfered with our obtaining some of the records. I am therefore appealing to readers to spread this good news and help us to gather a large number of case histories that will overwhelm the medical skeptics about this unbelievably simple and natural remedy. For the treatment, asparagus should be cooked before using, and therefore canned asparagus is just as good as fresh.

I have corresponded with the two leading canners of asparagus, Giant Giant and Stokely, and I am satisfied that these brands contain no pesticides or preservatives.

            * *  PROCEDURE:
1) Place the cooked asparagus in a blender and liquefy t make a puree, and sto re in the refrigerator.

2) Give the patient 4 full tablespoons twice daily, morning and evening.
Patients usually show some improvement in from 2-4 weeks. It can be diluted with water and used as a cold or hot drink. This suggested dosage is based on present experience, but certainly larger amounts can do no harm and may be needed in some cases.
As a biochemist I am convinced of the old saying that `what cures can prevent'. Based on this theory, my wife and I have been using asparagus puree as a beverage with our meals.  We take 2 tablespoons diluted in water to suit our taste wit breakfast and with d inner. I take mine hot and my wife prefers hers cold.

For years we have made it a practice to have blood surveys taken as part of our regular checkups.

The last blood survey, taken by a medical doctor who specializes in the nutritional approach to health, showed substantial improvements in all categories over the last one, and we can attribute these improvements to nothing but the asparagus drink...

As a biochemist, I have made an extensive study of all aspects of cancer, and all of the proposed cures. As a result, I am convinced that asparagus fits in better with the latest theories about cancer. Asparag us contains a good supply of protein called hi-stones, which are believed to be active in controlling cell growth. For that reason, I believe asparagus can be said to contain a substance that I call cell growth normalizer. That accounts for its action on cancer and in acting as a general body tonic. In any event, regardless of theory, asparagus used as we suggest, is a harmless substance.

The FDA cannot prevent you from using it and it may do you much good.. It has been reported by the US National Cancer Institute, that asparagus is the highest tested food containing glutathione, which is considered one of the body's most potent anti carcinogens and antioxidants.

 Please spread the news...

A Scientific Joke!

In a conference for Science and Technology, a french scientist stood up and started talking about the history of innovation in France:

"and when we were digging under the Eiffel tower we found old telephone lines, which means we've been using telephones in France for over a 100 years!"

Every body knew that this was a lie, but they smiled as if the guy was telling a light joke.

After that, an Italian scientist stood up and started talking about the history of innovation in Italy, and he said:

"and when we were digging under the Pisa tower, we found old telephone lines, which means we've been using telephones in Italy for over 500 years"

the same response came from the audience.

And then an Egyptian scientist stood up, and he started by saying:

"and as we were digging under the Pyramids....."

The Audience started to laugh like nuts!

and then he continued:

"We didn't find any cables, WHICH MEANS WE'VE BEEN USING MOBILE PHONES FOR 7000 YEARS!!"

A soldier told his commander:

Sir, my friend didn't come back from the battle field sir! Requesting permission to return and bring him back!

The Commander replied:

Denied! I don't want you to risk your life for a man who could be dead already.

The soldier, ignoring his commander, went back to the battle field and searched for his friend.
He came back with his friend's dead body, but the soldier was seriously wounded, he was actually dieing.

The Commander, proud of him self, said:

I told you he could be dead!

Tell me, was he worth the risk?

The soldier, dieing, said:

Yes, he was still alive when I found him, and he had enough energy to say "I knew you'd come".
